Super unprofessional
Husband had appointment at 11:30 for a simple procedure and its is know 3:25. Call to ask what is talking so long, was on hold for 8 minutes, she came back on the phone and asked who I was calling about and then she hung up on me. Called back and was told it would be 30 more minutes before his is ready. This is not the first time. Looking for a new doctor.
I don't recommend coming here at all. The doctor ignored my questions and rushed me out of the room. I had a positive test for a cancer marker and had to wait 2 MONTHS to have the doctor go over the results with me. I called to request an earlier appointment or phone appointment and they said they don't do phone appointments, results have to be in person, and could only a week earlier than 2 months out. They also had me do an endoscopy that I didn't need and had nothing to do with the reason I was referred to them. I was tol... read more

Not everyone at this place is horrible and rude. I was on the verge of leaving yet another 1 star review for this facility, but their office manager Hema saved the day (so the 4 stars are really for her)! Long story short.... When my fiancé tried calling 4 times to find out what time his procedure was to be he was placed on hold 1 time for 10-15 mins and hung up on the other 3 times. So I called for him.
