I booked an endoscopy here after an initial warm consultation with Dr. Farboud. Both my husband and I took time off work to make the procedure. On the day of the procedure, I was falsely told I was pregnant based on a single urine test. When I was initially asked for a confirmatory urine test rather than signing a waiver, the nurse was visibly annoyed when I said I would prefer a urine test, saying that ”most people just sign the waiver” which, as a healthcare professional myself, I know is not the standard protocol before p... read more
The staff was very Unprofessional, particularly the office manager, who was very rude. If you expect to be treated with respect as a patient, I definitely Do Not recommend this practice.
I had an excellent experience with this practice from my initial consultation through the procedure and follow-up. The staff was personable, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for. My doctor took the time to answer all my questions and offered clear, thoughtful guidance. I’m very happy with my experience and felt I was in very good hands.
I cannot recommend Dr Farboud enough!! I was fortunate enough to find him through a dear friend. I was well informed both prior to and after my colonoscopy, feeling comfortable asking any poop questions I had.
Dr. Farboud and his team at AGH of Greater Washington are exceptional. Their expertise and professionalism are unmatched, and the facility is truly first-class—clean, modern, and welcoming. What sets them apart is the level of care and genuine kindness they show every patient. I felt heard, supported, and in the best hands possible. Highly recommend! See you soon, Doc!
