From the front desk reception to the nurses, specifically Michael and Tonya, it was a great experience. Everyone was so caring, making sure I was comfortable, even offering an extra blanket to stay warm. They were happy and helpful from start to finish. The anesthesiologist, assistant and doctor, were comforting as well. After the procedure was done, they offered drinks and a snack and made sure I was ready before I left to go home. Was seen by GI provider in 6/25/24 & was advised for endoscopy & colonoscopy. Called the scheduling office 4x already and the scheduler who was a male as I was told by a staff there, never called me back to arrange appointment. This is very unacceptable, there’s just 1 phone number covering all 3 facilities (Palm Voast, Daytona & Port Orange). I will never go back to this facility again. I belong to Florida Health Care so this is where I need to go
The doctor is nice but most of the time you deal with a physician's assistant. Very disorganized and non-caring. Had to call numerous times to get results with no callbacks they're severely understaffed.
