This company is absolutely impossible! They came out and 'fixed' my door and 2 hrs later it was broke again. I called them back immediately and it took them 5 days to return my call. When I finally got them on the phone they said they would call me back once they can look at the schedule and see when they can get me in. Advanced Doors has amazing customer service and offers quality work. My garage door broke one day and Royce was at my house the next. He checked everything over and let me know exactly what neeed to be done, and also what he recommended should be done. He was very professional and let me decide if I wanted the additional work done at that time. Amazing customer service and extremely fast at what they do. Tyler C. and Jack D. had my springs, hinges, wheels, and weather stripping all replaced in less then an hour. They were both extremely nice and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I had originally setup an appointment with another company. When the other company wanted me to pay an additional $20 dollars per spring to give me a lifetime warranty, I decided to go with Advanced door!! Thanks Bryce
