We had the team come in on possession day of our new home to do some duct cleaning. They were both incredibly professional, polite, educated in their craft, and very conscious of keeping our new home clean and safe during the process (I particularly loved the guards they put on the corners of the walls, so thoughtful!). They even went over and above by helping us choose some parts for our dryer, as well as, explaining the ins and outs of our humidifier to us, as we had never had one before. I had a great experience with Advanced Furnace and Duct Cleaning. My furnace was struggling to keep the house warm and kept stalling out at 20 degrees. Tim and Brendon came out and were absolute pros. They identified that my AC coil and secondary heat exchanger were plugged up from a missing filter and got everything cleaned out and running perfectly. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of the house. If you need a thorough job done, ask for Tim and Brennan!"
