Absolutely amazing experience with this company! I called Mike (owner) and started to leave a voicemail and noticed he was calling me. WOW! It's hard enough to get someone to callback after leaving a VM, but Mike called while I was leaving a voicemail! Very friendly and professional! Mike is the best! Our fountain pump was not working and he replaced it and cleaned the fountain and now it looks like new. Great work and I would definitely recommend him.
Mike was here this morning to repair & clean my beautiful fountain. He arrived early & went right to work. This was a rather labor intensive job, as the fountain is filled with heavy rocks. The job took him only 2 hours! He replaced the pump, float & cleaned the entire fountain. I am more than pleased with his expertise, workmanship, cleanliness & efficiency!! I highly recommend Mike Acklin for any of your fountain needs.
We have a beautiful water feature on our property that is used daily. The pump gave out this summer - which was a bummer. Since the pump didn’t work, we were then faced with stagnant water issues. We contacted Mike for help. He’s busy but came out promptly, inspected the system, made recommendations and sent us a quote for repairs.
