Mike came to repair our bubbler within a few days of our call. After some initial analysis, he pinpointed where the leak was coming from. He did a simple fix to start the repair process and suggested how to proceed on our own from there. He was totally right, and we were able to fix it thanks to his guidance. When we asked him for an invoice, he would not hear of charging us for the house call or for the repair! Great service. We will definitely use him again for any fountain-related issues. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience with this company! I called Mike (owner) and started to leave a voicemail and noticed he was calling me. WOW! It's hard enough to get someone to callback after leaving a VM, but Mike called while I was leaving a voicemail! Very friendly and professional! Mike is the best! Our fountain pump was not working and he replaced it and cleaned the fountain and now it looks like new. Great work and I would definitely recommend him.
Mike was here this morning to repair & clean my beautiful fountain. He arrived early & went right to work. This was a rather labor intensive job, as the fountain is filled with heavy rocks. The job took him only 2 hours! He replaced the pump, float & cleaned the entire fountain. I am more than pleased with his expertise, workmanship, cleanliness & efficiency!! I highly recommend Mike Acklin for any of your fountain needs.
