Dr. Clement, Charged us for a procedure she did not conducted. When we tried to contact the office 3 times about the bill she ghosted us. Then sent us to creditors. Worst experience ever had with a doctor.
Dr Clement did not listen to me. I had three visits and she changed my diagnosis all three times and had no memory of my prior visits (I don't expect her to remember every patient, but read your notes!). She completely dismissed my pain and when I told her another doctor had prescribed an anti-inflammatory that gave me GI issues she literally said back to me "yeah, keep taking that since it didn't give you GI problems". I repeated myself and then she said "oh, then take Tylenol". Had she listened at any point she would have ... read more
Enjoyed her very much. She knew what she was doing and explained every thing so I understood each procedure's the office is very friendly I am very happy with my choice.
