BEWARE: UNPROFESSIONAL AND HOSTILE EXPERIENCE WITH DR. TING I had a very concerning experience at this office and would strongly caution others. I went in for ingrown toenail treatment and chose Onyfix, but the application was performed by a receptionist, not the doctor. Late posting this review but need to say. Went about 10 months ago for a hard wart like growth on inner right 2nd toe, painful. Receptionist was fine. Took me to a room, a guy comes in, I show him my toe, he starts cutting my brittle toenails causing pain, after 3rd one, I told him to stop. After looking at wart like thing, he said dr will be in. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Would recommen Dr. Ting to everyone! Im a diabetic and have had some serious issues! Dr Ting 's calm demeanor and care kept my spirits high and on my feet! And I think the receptionist at desk is great!!
Dr. Ting is an amazing doctor that has such a caring attitude, very intelligent and goes above and beyond every single time I’ve met with him for myself & family member’s. He leads by example and his entire staff show a very caring & helpful attitude.
I went for a callus at the bottom of my right foot and received a report about all of these other things wrong with my feet, especially my left foot. Not once did I take my left shoe off, nor did he look at my left foot. But I guess he can diagnose through my shoe. In my opinion, it is a very dishonest practice. The reply they left was a lie as well. Not one time was my left shoe or sock removed. Only a small callus was treated on my right foot.
