You are the only one to take time to explain to me thouroughly about the procedure and you go over the x- rays with me in details before and after the sugery you again review the post op x-rays with me .Now I can wear shoes again. when removing ingrown nails , the lanocaine works only until the nail is pulled, i know from experience, but i know they have a topical that is applied to children to deaden the area, and why can't they give as a post proceedure to assist in taking away the massive throb. we have numerous nerve endings in our feet that control and are sensed in other parts of the body, that can be relieved by a post deadening agent.
