Be more careful as to how he defines visits to his office. After a surgical procedure, he coded every follow up visit the exact same, so that I was left with a huge unreasonable bill. Because of the way those follow up sessions were coded, my insurance was useless.! When we received the bill we tried to get Dr.MacPhie to call us to arrange a compromise. He never even bothered to call us back. ! Furthermore we had a horrendous time talking with his billing department, who appeared unwilling to listen or assist us.!
RecommendedDr. McPhie took such grewt care of my daughter before and after her bunion surgery. He is so knowledgeable and understanding. He listens and involved my daughter and us in finding the best solution throughout the whole experience. Totally recommend him! He'll take good care of you.
