Dr. Wrotslavsky patiently worked with me and my bone spur, plantar fasciitis for months. We went through boots, orthotics, shots and more. He suggested surgery and I FINALLY listened to him and I could not be happier. Surgery was 5 months ago and my 50 year old foot is back on the basketball court and dance floor, doing what I love. Hi, I just wanted to share a wonderful device that I have been using on my foot that has taken away all of my foot pain. I have rheumatoid arthritis that was diagnosed over 25 years ago. The joints in my left foot began to collapse and the pain was ridiculous. I was teaching then and was on my feet all day. Before I dive into the details of my experience, I’d like to say I think Dr. Wrotslavsky is probably an OK surgeon if he doesn't make mistakes. In my case mistakes were made and a surprising side of him emerged that, in my opinion, highlighted poor judgment and inexperience that borders on medical negligence. I needed to have a calcaneal ostectomy to correct a Haglund’s deformity; he explained the full recovery time is about a year so the decision to have surgery was not to be taken lightly.
