I can't thank this 'crew' enough! I'm stronger now than I have ever been and I found muscles in my back that I didn't even know I had! The team made the environment fun all while making me stronger and equipping me with the tools needed to continue my workouts on my own. Best of all I avoided a second surgery on my shoulder! Mai-Vi ROCKS!!
