These are an incredible group of physical therapists. They work together to get you where you need to be. I had a total shoulder replacement and was very scared with starting my pt. By my second week I couldn't wait to go and work out more. Everytime I go I find myself achieving more. three months later I still can't wait to go and can't believe how far I have come. My Dr is very impressed with my progress and owes it to this awesome physical therapy group. Won't ever go any where else. Thank you guys.
I went to Advanced Fitness and Therapy after having my ACL replaced and meniscus repaired. I typically run about 1500 miles a year and ruptured my ACL and shredded my meniscus during a marathon. Mai-Vi & the crew helped me with my gait and showed me how poor my running form was. With their help I was able to run pain free and completed my 15th 1/2 and 9th full marathon less than a year after surgery. I will go back again this year just to follow up and make sure my form is still good.

I had ACl reconstruction in March and wasted a lot of time and money at another physical therapy practice in the area. The therapist was not following the doctor's protocol. She was on her cell phone a lot. I was not improving . I was feeling hopeless about my ability to recover. With some pushing from my husband he recommended I try Advanced Fitness & Therapy. This place is hands-down the best physical therapy center in town. The therapists and the assistants are wonderful. They are extremely accommodating and their front desk and management runs a wonderful operation. I've been going here for the past seven months and I absolutely love every visit. I recommend that everybody comes here.
Great group of professionals. Always pleasant, positive and willing to push if you need it! Rehab needed? This is the place to go!
