So upset with these guys. They are great salesmen but don't follow up at all with the installation of the product they sell you. They are very expensive and after 4 months I am still waiting for the branched and other fillers for the fireplace I bought. I literally feel like I'm in the twilight zone. And the Flare fireplace they sold me still doesn't work properly. Hard to get these guys to respond or fix anything once you've paid!! I really wish I had gone somewhere else.
I used these guys when I remodeled my home and I have to say, they were very quick on the installation and the Majestic fireplace looks absolutely amazing. I would definitely do business with you guys again, thanks!
