I have been banking here for a few years ..I moved but my family still lives in the new providence area. An older lady who I have never seen before was very rude. My toddler needed to use the restroom for the second day in a row as I am picking my niece up from the elementary school. This lady proceeds to tell me that it’s not a public restroom after I let her know I am a member and I’m am only for two days in the area.
