I have to say from start to finish it was a very satisfying experience.
Very professional installation, the crew were very neat and organized. It was evident that a crew of professional craftsman had performed the work.
The mechanical inspector came around to do a final inspection and commented on how good the work was. After he looked at the contractor he didnt seem surprised..."they always do good work." he said.
The Advanced Filter and Mechanical installer were a great bunch of guys who really knew their stuff. The sales consultant was great as well. He gave me some advise on maintenance and how to improve overall efficiency. He answered all my questions and followed up to make sure i was happy. In short, I am pleased with my Trane system and I will call Advanced Filter and Mechanical for my future heating an cooling needs.
Advanced filter & Mechanics recommended we upgrade to a variable speed, Stage, 90% efficient model. They helped us access rebates and tax credits which made the upgrade more affordable. WOW! We will never own a single stage furnace again. We no linger have cold spots and our home is sooo much more comfortable.
My husband and I are very happy with the entire experience. The whole team was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Trane and Advanced Filter & Mechanics to friends and family. In fact I have already done so.
Their salesman was very knowledgeable and didn't use any fancy sales techniques or scams, which I really appreciate! It is easier to believe in the product more when I am not pressured into buying. I had an excellent experience.
When no one else was able to do an install on the date I needed, going above and beyond , the owner and installation manager came out and and installed the system for me, going above and beyond, now that's customer service!
