They did a very good job and we are very satisfied with the system. They had to fo some upgrades from our old system to pass inspection but they took care of all that.

We just had a whole house has generator system by the firm. They exceeded our exceptions in all areas. And because our home is old it was a difficult and complex job. He was such a gentlemen, really impressed us with their professionalism, knowledge and performance. We now have a reliable system that will provide for all our electrical need during the frequent power outage.

I'm pretty leery about technicians so I asked A LOT of questions. He was happy to answer and put up with my watching. The TVX valve in the heatpump had quit working. He was here for 1 1/2 hours testing which cost just over 100.00. After verifying it didn't work, it took a week to order (this was during Christmas Eve and Day). It took 3 1/2 hours to install (due to disconnection and reconnecting copper coils), which was less than he had quoted previously. He did several tests to confirm it worked properly before leaving. We needed a repair to our heater and we called Advanced Filter and Mechanical. They showed up, fixed the heat and the price was great!

The customer service is great and very professional. I am very pleased with the new furnace and the heat pump. Both work great and it is nice to have them running again!

I want to thank everyone there for the great job they did recently. It started with a visit to the Tacoma home show where I first found out about you folks. When always said and done even after the installation I am very happy with everything they have done for me. Their staff was always professional while in my home.

I just had a Daikin heat pump put in by Advanced Filter and I was impressed with not only the customer service but their professionalism as well. The installation skills of the guys that came for the install was noteworthy as well. Very friendly and informative during our estimate. in the end I chose them because of their customer service and good rating with the BBB.

They installed a 14KW generator for me in my very rural home. It kicks on every Wednesday for the scheduled test. I wondered how it would do in an actual power outage though. Power went out twice in just a few weeks and it did great. the lights flicker and go out and 7 seconds later come back up with the generator. It makes the house cozy no matter what the outside conditions.

The technicians here were fabulous. I was very impressed. I could never get another company to come out when scheduled. I called Advanced and received nest day service, on a Saturday. they were done an hour after they arrived and did a great job.
