The customer service at this shop is VERY POOR. After paying 1,200 dollars for a hood and driving 2 plus hours in heavy traffic and wicked heat to pick up... I ask my contact person if I could use the ladies room in a bit, sure he says. But as we are loading up the hood which was taking much longer than I wanted, I thought it would be a good time to sneak away so I kindly ask another associate walking by if I could quickly use the restroom as the first guy left... and like clockwork, I got the dreaded "Restroom for employee’... read more
*Before buying* The website can be confusing, the front and back fenders ARE SOLD SEPARATELY. Even though the instructional video below shows how to put both of them on. Customer service was amazing though. They were able to help me immediately. Fenders look amazing. Quality is definitely there. I wish the company would through in some stickers or tee-shirt to advertise with the shipments though. Especially after spending $4k on the kit.
Good to deal with and the hood i purchased fit perfect. They kept me updated with the shipping date and actually received it sooner than I expected. I would definitely do business with them again
