I love the customer service, and the eye doctors! They are very thorough and caring. They explain test results, and make sure they help the best way they can. It is a wonderful company! I make one request, that you please offer more colors than black for those who have a limited selection and limited money. Thank you all for your wonderful service.
I don’t ever write reviews but I just had to as advanced family eyecare has the most rude front desk worker I’ve ever met. She just had to pull in front of me in the parking lot to get her front row spot in. Completely cut me off when I was pulling in and she was “shooing” me away. I was in shock for 5 minutes straight at her unkindness before I was finally able to walk in. I am very pregnant with a toddler, and because of her I had to walk far to get into my appointment because she “just couldn’t give up her spot”. I though... read more
This place is the BEST! Friendly, caring, and trustworthy. I had a small cut on my eye and they fit me in same day. No extra charges, just a caring team and amazing service. Can't recommend them enough.

Very poor communication and customer experiences. Despite being a patient for years it's only gotten worse. Will not be returning.
