Hello everyone. I was just recently down south on vacation. While on vacation my eye glasses got broken. I went without glasses for two of my vacation days having extreme difficulty reading anything. stopped in at Del family Eyecare 28. N Homestead Fl 33030. they were able to repair my glasses in less then a half hour. Staff was extremely friendly. Went to pay for the repair and was told no charge. Wow !!! Dr. Patrick Del Vecchio is the BEST eye doctor in South Florida. He is friendly, professional and an EXPERT in eye care. He is very thorough and takes his time in examining your eyes. If you want the very best, go to Dr. Del Vecchio. No other eye doctor will treat you as good as he will. Also, his staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the overall atmosphere is peaceful. Went yesterday 10/26/18 for my yearly exam(late nonthe less, was greeted with the friendliness that I have always encountered. Got Patrick this time since one of his other dr’s had moved to China. Had a really great exam and found how far my sight had slipped away though I had been noticing for guite awhile. My new prescription is realistically going to take me from low hi def to 4K vision. Unfortunately, my terrible eyesight got much worse with cataracts. Del Family Eyecare came through every step of the way from glasses to referring me to an awesome surgeon to taking care of me afterwards. They provided contact lenses while I waited between eye surgeries, called me to make my post op appts, and always went above and beyond to help me when I needed it. If you love your eyes, you should get them taken care of here!
