Theresa was awesome! Very happy with my choice to have my first pair of glasses done by the St. Joe office and not some discount chain.
The staff was fantastic, Had an eye exam in the South Haven office. The selection was great, the quality of the exam was very good. All in all i would definitely recommend my family and friends go here for exams and glasses.
Very poor service. The office laughs at you when you call to try to fix billing mistakes. It won't let me do 0 stars, so I gave the lowest possible.
Scheduled a routine eye exam and got billed for a MEDICAL eye exam which is not covered by my insurance (routine eye exam is). This exam took place in South Haven but I was instructed to call the St. Joe office. In arguing the fact with them, the one I was talking with was laughing, I asked why and she said because I was upset and yelling at her (she was also yelling at me). Great location and office staff! Things are crazy busy the day of our appointment so tension was high, but handled professionally. Great selection of frames. Both our teens were happy with their products and the chocolate right across the street!!!
My Husband called to make an appt today and they offered to get him in today, we get there and the receptionist starts arguing with him telling him he missed his appointment on Tuesday. First time patient and the receptionist desk and service is HORRIBLE. They couldn't care less and tried putting the blame on us.
Great care. Great staff.
