My dental experience was great. The staff and Dr. Mosby did a great job and I have no discomfort while they replaced my old fillings. The only thing that caught me off guard was the billing practice. The billing representative did a good job explaining prior to the procedure what my portion of the bill would be after insurance coverage but did not explain that I would have to pay this amount at the time I had the procedure done. Had I known I would have sceduled my procedure at a different time to accommodate my pay schedule... read more

It was interesting to get into the digital age of dentistry, as Dr. Ebert and our previous dentists did not have all this technology. It was also sticker shock on the prices, especially without dental insurance. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming, thanks. Amy Struckmeyer
