I recently had my eye exam at Advanced Eyecare Optometric Center, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. They are terrible. I called them to have an appointment for my son. Someone on the phone told me she would check the doctor’s schedule and call me back in a few minutes. I waited days and days for someone to call me back as she promised. After 5 days, I called them and told the story. She said only sorry and gave me an appointment 3 weeks later, now it is 4 weeks in total. Their customer service and appointment system is terrible.
Dr Matt appeared confident and supportive, took time to understand my concern, and did a thorough review, and successfully, expertly removed my persistent eye lash that was bothering me every few sec for last 3 days. A+ experience, professionalism, support, and outstanding staff. Only regret not coming in sooner. Thank you much.
I’ve been going to Advanced Eyecare Optometry fir 5+ years and love this practice! The whole team is 100% professional, respectful, and a hapoy group. The Optometrists very skilled & use very new and updated equipment. They take their time and explain things patiently as needed, as do the administration team in regards to insurance etc (often communicating ways to get the best timing fir insurance coverage). I absolutely recommend Advance Eyecare. Dr. Matthew Wang, O.D. has been my optometrist for several years now. I’m completely satisfied with his professionalism and an amazing office staff. Anyone looking for an optometrist, look no further. I’ve been pleased with their service and I’m sure you will be too. Joanne is VERY knowledgeable about insurance.
