They are terrible. I called them to have an appointment for my son. Someone on the phone told me she would check the doctor’s schedule and call me back in a few minutes. I waited days and days for someone to call me back as she promised. After 5 days, I called them and told the story. She said only sorry and gave me an appointment 3 weeks later, now it is 4 weeks in total. Their customer service and appointment system is terrible.

Dr Matt appeared confident and supportive, took time to understand my concern, and did a thorough review, and successfully, expertly removed my persistent eye lash that was bothering me every few sec for last 3 days. A+ experience, professionalism, support, and outstanding staff. Only regret not coming in sooner. Thank you much.
