Dr. Julie is an exceptional optometrist, and this rating is strictly a reflection of the practice's front-office management. Having been patients here for several years, we consistently experience unacceptable hostility from the reception staff. Because our family of five chooses to decline optional diagnostic testing and purchase our eyewear elsewhere—where our benefits stretch further—we are routinely met with snotty remarks, visible eye rolls, and substandard service.
