Dr. Brian Planchard is doing a great job for my father, however you have to wait over 1/2 hr to be called for said appointment. Now I acknowledge that things happen to get behind but this happens every time we're here. If we were 5 minutes late for said appointment we would have to cancel & pay for said appointment this unacceptable.
Dr. Hasty is now retired, as I post this review, but it is deserving! He was pleasant, and his knowledge and compassion was impressive and needed. He did not rush in and out of the office visits. He made sure there was a complete understanding of what was going on and how to move forward. Dr. Hasty is missed immensely. 🙁 God bless him with many healthy and happy years in retirement! 👋🏽
Hasty vanished after a year long vacation. If you inquire about details of Dr. Planchard ‘s previous ratings you will be shunned. Scolded for even asking & appointment canceled. I at least suggested to the lady on the phone Bay County has GOT to do better with our healthcare providers and the quality of care they provide. The only 5 star preview he received was from his brother.
