I'm so glad I switched to this eye center. I've always had the best care every appointment. Setting or changing appointments with the receptionist is straightforward, Dr. Garner is excellent and Tai Hua has adjusted and fixed (!) my glasses to my satisfaction (and relief). Everyone there is so nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
My family and I found Advanced Eye Care over fifteen years ago. We all have different needs from glaucoma to contacts. As a senior now, I am still impressed and confident in their quality services with my aging eyes. The customer service, friendliness and expertise keeps us from going elsewhere. Great Doctor's and staff, they sale premium products. Visit them for all of your eyecare needs.
What a great experience! Laura found me the best frames in less than a minute. She has a knack for fitting the frames to your face and doesn't steer you to the most expensive frames. She actually wants you to walk out looking your best.
I was referred by a family member who's very happy with Tim's care. But when I called to schedule an initial appointment, I was told there were none available with him for more than a month. I called my usual eye care provider and got in the same day. I guess having a one-month wait list means they're keeping a lot of existing customers, but it's a turn-off to prospective new patients.
