They could use some guidance on customer service, not the friendliest staff. Keep track of your contact script too, mine was backwards when it was printed.
I have been to Advanced Eye Care several times and my experience with Dr. Gurley and his assistant was wonderful. He listened to me, checked my eyes, and got my prescription right to where I could see so much better. He ran tests that were requested by my doctor due to a medication I was on and took the time to explain what the tests were for. I had a great experience with how I was taken care of medically.
