Very thorough exam and attentiveness. I was pleased and I’m pretty particular. Especially about going to doctors.
Got an exam and glasses here over a year a go, exam was great and covered everything I wanted to. But when it comes to front end staff, this place falls on it's face. I remember I felt rushed picking out glasses and the person doing all the insurance calculations didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. What prompted me writing this review is I just received a bill a year later saying I owed them some money cause the insurance didn't fully cover a part of the exam. Super rude when it comes to combined appointments. Wouldn’t recommend. Was told on the phone that there was a time gap between my appointment and my husbands but this was no issue and they would just see us together but when we got here this has not been the case. I feel like I have been talked down to by everyone including the doctor when I brought up that we are together. Dr. Mudd was very courteous, professional treated me, and when it came time to pay out-of-pocket, the bill did not break the bank highly recommend!!!
First time visiting. Accepts Humana Tricare insurance. Professional and friendly staff. Facility well lighted and efficiently laid out with offers to fill the prescription within reception area. Dr. Mudd was deligent and listened tentively. In all, an extremely pleasant visit with a reasonable cost to check the eyes and fullfill a new prescription. No regrets and would recommend to friends and family.
