I've never written a review before, but I felt that Advanced Smile Care did such a great job from beginning to end. Today at 2:00 p.m. A crown came off and I called Advanced Smile and although they we we to close for the day, they told me to come in. They did the repair with a smile. Thanks MUCH!
A bridge is just a bridge. Right? Except that mine has come out twice! HOWEVER, the people at Advanced Smile Care took great care of me--no charge either time--and this time found the problem. These people are great. The staff always know my name, no matter how long it's been since my last visit, and treat me like I was royalty.
The team at Advanced Smile CAre is nothing less than Excellent!! Very professional and they ensure that the patient is well taken care of. I would recommend thier office to anyone!!!!
I was definitely nervous about seeing a Dentist ( who isn't ) but I felt they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I definitely recommend!
Their friendly and professional staff take the pain out of scheduling and getting through any procedure from cleaning to crowns. Best experience I've ever had at a dentist.
I heard about ASC on the radio a few times before I made an appointment. It was actually for a second opinion. Well I will never go anywhere else. The entire staff is so pleasant, helpful, and caring. They explain everything completely. No surprises. Fran in billing is awesome, makes sure she can make every dollar work. And I love Dr. Vaughn and Dr. Crouch. I haven't had the sedation done yet but I will next week. I am actually looking forward to it. Thank you guys.
