No one has been answering this is so unprofessional of you guys I’ve been calling for 5 days . This isn’t the first time neither
Hi I’ve been trying to reach out for a couple weeks now. every time I’ve called nobody has answered and it goes straight to voicemail. So,I’ve left voicemails and tried to contact via text. when it goes through the menu after nobody picks up nd it says nobody is available even though I’m calling during work hours, it tells the email address too quickly to write down. Could you please have someone pick up when I call or go through your voicemails? Much obliged.
Dr. John Xie is truly a sweet doctor, he is very kind, gentle, patient and was such a delightful doctor to meet. He assured our daughter that she doesn't have any signs of having Uveitis (from Ankylosing Spondylitis=HLA B27 category disease) and that her eyes were very healthy even with semi high myopia. The pupil dilating drops are... awful but necessary. Next in a couple of months is the vision field test needed for those monitoring pituitary adenomas. Try to get appointment called 100 times and Never call back really bad service Unprofessional 🥹
I’ve been calling every day at least three times a day for the past one month and a half to make an appointment and still can get them on the phone left more than 10 message to be called back and nothing. What kind of place is this?
