I’ve been calling every day at least three times a day for the past one month and a half to make an appointment and still can get them on the phone left more than 10 message to be called back and nothing. What kind of place is this?

Okay, buckle up, its a long one… I’ve been here like 4 times to schedule my mom’s appointments. The first 2 visits were normal, they had a line of people waiting to schedule appointments and the room was full with nowhere to sit. Nothing out of the ordinary, thats a good thing in my opinion. After those two appointments i figured id call to schedule appointments going forward. This is where the reception team has failed me.
