No one picks up the phone or returns call. We've been calling for weeks and no one ever responds.
Easy, accessible and bilingual.
Hard, if not impossible, to reach. I have been trying to make an appointment, but no one answers the phone. After being on hold for about 5 minutes, the caller is told to call back and the connection is terminated. Nor does the offered option of texting them work. I sent a text 3 days ago and followed it up a day ago, but still no response.
I am beyond furious with the absolutely deplorable customer service at this company! I've called repeatedly—morning, afternoon, it doesn’t matter—and not a single person picks up the phone! It’s like the entire staff is on permanent vacation or just ignoring their customers. I’ve wasted hours, days even, trying to get through, only to be met with endless ringing or robotic hold messages that lead nowhere.
