I recommend not to go to this Advanced Eye Associates because the staff's office has bad services for every patient to wait more than a half hour with an appointment in advance. I even called to change appointments with a voice machine to wait forever for no one to answer. No help or improvement after seeing a doctor in the exam room to complain about this issue. Do not come to this treatment if you can find other eye doctors around this bay area ...
Every single time we need to see doctor, we could never reach anyone to make appointment. We called again and again different time, different days, waiting until the call auto hung up. Even they have text option, never got the response. Very bad service and no doctor harmony!
04.13.26 4:10pm Our Glaucoma and Cataract Specialist, Dr. Eric Shieh, MD, is very thorough and takes care of us so well, we feel reassured under his care and guidance. For our super dry eyes Dr. Shieh recommended "oilier yet still preservative-free eyedrops" vs regular Systane and wrote down for us the following 3 recommendations, we purchased the 1st one at Costco; **Refresh Mega 3, **Systane Complete, **Retaine MGD.
