Stay Away!!! My experience with Advanced Exteriors can best be described as terrible. I contacted them about some work they had done on my roof to tell them that the shingles and metal underlay were pulling away from the roof. I was told that they had to verify they had done the work and that they would get back to, which they never did. I had to contact them, at which time they said they had done the work, but that it was not under warranty. Will use them again! – Advanced Exteriors was recommended to me by my realtor. I needed to get a new roof put on my house before the end of fall due to the ice dam issues from last year. They came out and looked at my project and found that the reason my roof was having problems with ice was due to my ventilation and insulation. Great sales staff and amazing detailed work – I have had many things done to my house, but have never been quite as impressed by the sales staff and the men who placed the siding on my house. I was very impressed with the customer service and the detailed work the men did. I would definitly refer this company to anyone interested.
Excellent local company – Very professional sales staff, courteous and prompt. I had them do my roof last summer and just recently had them back to do my siding and windows. I was worried that there would be debris and garbage left behind but they cleaned everything up. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Very Pleased – My experience with Advanced Exteriors was more than I expected. We met with a sales clerk from the company in October. I'm very skeptical because of dealings in the past with contractors. We decided to have new siding and windows installed. The crews were very good and the windows are great. Extremely Unhappy – I'm not one to complain and to the best of my knowledge I have never given a bad review in my life. But there is a first time for everything. This was the worst business experience I have ever had. From poor work ethic and sloppy work from a very lazy crew to a dishonest quote and invoice, this company failed in every respect. Dealings with the owner were no better. very rude and dishonest. Hire at your own risk.
Stay Away – I would not recommend this company to replace your windows at all. Even though they were friendly and quick to do the work, now we need a window replaced, and after calling them 5 times we still have not got a return call. They say they are a family owned company, but they don't care about their customers.

Im sorry you have been unhappy with our service and appreciate youre comments. Im not sure where the communication breakdown may be happening, our phones are answered 7 days a week. All of our windows also carry a lifetime transferable warranty that is covered by the manufacturer.
