Dr. Sall took good care of my tmj issues and after a few injections I had minimal issues and hadn’t had to go back until now, I tried calling for an appointment and found out he closed his practice. I called New York spine and wellness to see if they were taking new patients. They told me to have my records transferred and then they would call to set up an appointment. Rhonda & Dr. sall are wonderful along with the nurses. The receptionist on the other hand, like the other review. Very rude & unprofessional! She should not be a receptionist if she can’t treat patients with respect. I regret calling ANYTIME because I have to talk to her. Patients shouldn’t be treated like that, uncalled for. I’ve brought it up & was told mabe she’s having an “off” day. It’s not just one day, it’s everytime I speak to her/or see her.

Dr. Sall is very nice and helpful but the woman working the phones at the front desk is incredibly rude, mean, and abrasive. I’ve never talked to a receptionist with more attitude and disregard for your well-being. It’s unfortunate a practice with such a skilled doctor has such awful office workers.

I did not have a pleasant experience with Dr. Harris ENT office whatsoever. I had a surgery scheduled which was rescheduled just for them to tell me it wasn’t scheduled when I called to ask about my pre admission date. I was given the run around by multiple people. I don’t understand why someone in the scheduling department would lie about a surgery that is very much needed. Disrespectful.
