This place is great. I have 3 children and they have all needed ent services (tonsils/adenoids and ear tubes). They were great with my children and would personally go back if needed.
Doctor has been great, but they've gotten VERY aggressive about payment. If we don't pay within a month now we get a call saying if we don't pay up it'll be sent to collections. We've been going here 4 years now but they treat us like criminals.
I had a hearing test scheduled for my 20 month old and they scheduled me at a location that doesn't have the correct equipment for a child his age. Then I get an appt at the correct facility and the reminder comes 2 days ahead of time which you have to confirm. I get there and they tell me my appt is at 3 pm not 9am.. this is the SECOND day I have taken off work to bring my child for his hearing test and the blonde receptionist proceeds to blame me.. My experience with Dr. Carter was great! His office has a beautiful waiting room, friendly and competent office staff, and I had no wait time. He was friendly, professional, thorough, and patient. He made me feel calm and comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Carter is everything you could ask for in a doctor. I recommend him wholeheartedly!
What a great experience. I had headaches for over a year and Dr. Abbas was able to pinpoint the problem immediately. I was frustrated after talking to many doctors and getting many recommendations--with no change. Thank you Dr. Abbas!
I absolutely loved Dr. Abbas. We hit it off right away! He really listened, was extremely thorough and recommended preventative measures I could take to combat allergies. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great ENT!
I have been suffering from allergies for many years and finally found some treatment that makes me feel better. Dr. Abbas (and his nurses) just down the road from me always sees me quickly. He takes the time to answer my questions, too, which is always appreciated.
I have come here for multiple symptoms already, and have always been treated fairly and respectfully. Last year, I had a septoplasty procedure done after Dr. Shotts, scheduling was easy and flexible to fit my schedule. I haven't had breathing problems since! I've gone in to treat an ear infection, given antibiotics and tips on how to reduce the ear fluid, and within a week I was good to go. While the staff was friendly enough there evasive enough of the pricing until I was locked in was appalling. I came in for treatment of chronic Post Nasal Drip thinking it up being like 300-500 tops, and it ended up being 900 dollars (with insurance pricing otherwise it be 1200-1500) total to tell me almost nothing that I didn't already know, So my 900 for doctor visits, ct scan, camera in nose, and allergy test.
