Awesome place. I came here for a second opinion for my mother's issues. It turned out to be re-occurring sinus infections and they got it under control quickly. So happy we found this place. Got in quick and doctor was awesome!!
My son was having ear infections and we were able to get in quickly. They had to put in tubes and he has done great since. No more ear infections. The doctor was great with not only with my child but with my accompanying children as well.
I had an appointment with Dr. Hodge today and was very pleased overall with my whole experience while there. I had seen Dr. Hodge before and asked to see him again. I would highly recommend him and his Office to anyone that is having trouble with ears,nose or throat.
After going to many allergists around town and telling me I needed allergy shots, I finally visited Advanced ENT. They ended up finding that I was suffering from sinusitis - not allergies. After struggling for so long, they were able to pinpoint my issue and I was able to feel better. So glad I found them!! Highly recommend.
Called and made an new patient appointment, described the exact allergy issues I was having was scheduled for an appointment. Get in for an appointment tell 2 different people why I am there, go through the hassle of filling out informotion and asking questions only for Dr. Carter to come in and rudely tell me they do not see patients for my type of allergies that I need to see an allergist aka immunologist. Beware of this doctor - McMurray. He was the worst, most rude, hateful, and negligent doctor I've ever seen. I left in tears!! Terrible!!
This place is amazing. I have seen 3 different doctors from this practice and they are simply the best. They take their time and made sure they had the right diagnosis. They even got me in the same day for a sinus issue I was having. Five star rating from me!
Great doctors, great nurses...however, billing dept sucks. I get a bill for current charges - nothing past due. Pay the bill in full - next month get another bill with a past due amount. When I call about it they say the amount was applied to past due amount. I explained I didn't have a past due amount. The girl could not/would not tell me where my money was applied. Said she would send me a report of my account and I could figure it out..REALLY..isn't that her job. Hate stupid people. Need to hire people who know what they ... read more
Think twice about Dr Gould of the Brownsboro office. My wife saw him as the last patient of his day and he exuded all the charm and care of a wounded badger.
