Mark quoted me a competitive price on the phone, so I agreed to an 'energy audit'. The audit is $495 and is refunded with service. After locking me in with the audit, their second quote was much higher and outside the realm of the other 4 quotes. I worked with them and they brought the price down enough to make sure I got some of the refund on the $495 audit. RecommendedThese guys are great, had an audit done in 2013 on a house built in 1988 that we had just moved into. We had them do air sealing in two attics and our basement along upgraded the attic insulation in January of 2014 and the reduction in our utility bills was amazing. They did get us to the Silver Energy Star level and we were able to qualify for a good discount through the Com Ed and Nicor programs. I personally have a background building energy efficient homes and I have a Illinois weatherization certification, these guys kn... read more
