Don't waste your time with this company Here's a great story of WHY NOT TO DO BUSINESS with Advanced Energy Concepts: I call to schedule a service/cleaning of my furnace in September. They tell me "we are scheduling into late October." Fine I say, no worries October 27th it is! I use a personal day at work so I can be home "between 9-12". Fast forward to yesterday, they leave me a message around late afternoon stating they need to reschedule due to emergency calls of other customers.
