Dr. Hetz is a wonderfully competent, compassionate and fun Endodontist! He treats his assistants respectfully and with great appreciation. Even though “root canals” are not my favorite procedure , Dr. Hetz enables a patient to have a pleasant experience! He is certainly an exceptional human being!
Dr. Hetz, the dental techs, the front office ... all amazing at what they do. Root canals are never fun, but if you need one, this is an amazing place. I needed two root canals, one of each side of my mouth. Both complicated teeth. I thought one was a goner. However, Dr. Hetz saved it. I am super thankful.
My experience from start to finish was fantastic. The staff was extremely professional and helpful and were genuinely committed to helping me. So, I will add to the rave reviews. I recently needed two major root canals. One tooth was infected. The other was broken. I know I am putting my business on these internet streets, but it is so I can properly convey the level of skill Dr. Hetz employed when dealing with my teeth. I thought the the broken tooth was a goner. He saved it. And while a root canal is never fun, Dr. Hetz was efficient while still being incredibly thorough. No short cuts.
