Dr. Haider Zubaidi also places implants, and both he and Dr. Ahmed Alzubaidi provide oral sedation options. After 2 days of excruciating pain, I finally decided to see a dentist, who then referred me to Advanced Endo Specialists, LLC for a root canal. Not only did they get me in for an emergency the same day, but the customer service, procedure, EVERYTHING was so professional and exceptional. Literal life savers!! I recently had an emergency visit with Dr. Alzubaidi at the Winter Haven location, I was referred there by my dentist for an emergency root canal, which I was absolutely terrified of! Not only did they get me, a new patient, in on the same day AFTER my 2pm appointment with my primary dentist for the procedure but they stayed late after they were finished with their regular patients waiting on me to get there to help me get rid of this horrible pain. I'm always nervous about dentist appointments. This time was a root canal. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole procedure. No pain! Dr. A and Emily were awesome. I could not have asked for better care and service.
Dr. A and Emily were very helpful and gave clear directions on what to do if I experienced any pain. My root canal went smoothly and was over before I knew it! Highly recommend going here.
My companion, Edna Willis is a -patient of Dr.Ahmed Alzubaida who performed a root canal on her on May 7, 2018. She has suffered no pain and is extremely pleased with the entire procedure. Edna considers Dr A and his associate Emily, very professional and is pleased to recommend them.
I was seen by Dr. A in WH today, completely unplanned. He developed a plan that I can live with. It resulted in an unplanned referral to WH oral surgery, which went as well as could be hoped. I am pleased with the approach and education provided by Dr. A and his assistant Emily. I would recommend them to anyone with an acute dental issue.
I was sent to their office as an emergency at 5 pm (closing time) on a Monday. I was seen with a smile and taken care of with kindness and professionalism! Dr. A and staff made sure to answer all of my questions and send me away with my problems solved! Thank you for you care and service!
