I’ve seen Dr. Beppu on several occasions and this week, like always, he and his team provided extraordinary care. You feel more than a patient or a number, but a person they treat as if you were a family member. They provide urgency in their scheduling, expertise and advanced technology in their treatment, and professionalism in their follow up. If you’re nervous or concerned about your dental care, this is a team that will help you get the best care possible with the least amount of stress.
They charged over $350 for a fancy Xray even though my dentist already did an Xray. Turns out I didnt need the root canal. They still charged another $140 for the orla eval and $60 for a vitality test. I don't even know what a vitality test is. Over $500 for nothing.
I recently needed two root canals, and I was anxious about the procedure. Dr. Alibhai was remarkable, the process was so efficient and I experienced virtually no discomfort throughout. It is rare to find a surgeon who combines this level of technical skill with genuine care for the patient's comfort level. We had a great experience with Dr Alibhai after my daughter’s tooth was avulsed in a school accident. He consulted with our dentist right away and provided the correct guidance, which made a stressful situation much easier. When we came in for her root canal, he was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring with my daughter. His care and expertise made a big difference, and we’re very grateful. Highly recommend!
Dr Alibhai and his team are amazing. I have a new-to-me medical condition that makes having dental or medical work done. Dr Alibhai and his team patiently listened ro my explanation of limitations, answered any and all questions I had. They were so very kind, understanding, thorough, and focused. And accommodating. Didn’t feel a thing during entire procedure. It’s been six hours since, and all I’ve needed is Tylenol. Really, i can’t recommend him - or thank him! - enough. Highly, highly recommend.
