Giving a 1 star because I'm suffering at the moment. I took my son in he had a infection and I know he does because he was getting better with the antibiotic he was just having mild side effects not my fault my child got sick on Friday and this small town closes everything on the weekend I called B4 going in as well the person on the phone told me to go in I took him in everything was good er behavior you know the wait the seeing everyone B4 you see the doctor everyone was friendly until we got to the doctor I'ma get to the ... read more
The staff and doctor were all rude and half ass did their job and wouldnt listen to anything me or my dad was telling them and acted like I was bothering them when I was just trying to explain what was going on, i was in extreme pain and having a panic attack the whole time, I was there for 4 hours and only seen the actual doctor for about 20 seconds and she didnt even listen to what I was saying when she came in and just looked in my mouth and just said im writing u a script for antibiotics and walked out and never seen her... read more
Horrible place. Disgusting and unethical.
All the reviews are accurate. Came in to be seen for spike in fevers, blood pressure/heart rate issues/ confusion/brain fog. Sat in the waiting room for over an hour. Then after being here for over seven hours they told me I was dehydrated (only gave me one bottle of water the whole day while I was asking the entire day). And my discharge paperwork was entirely different. Had listed stomach pain/rash. Don’t get me started on the bedside manner etc.
If at all possible please avoid this place. Last time I was attempting to be seen. They didn't attend to me. Desk clerk was busy showing security her weird tattoos. They where entirely to busy goofing off. If you have to deal with a self facility go to urgent care by Greenwood High school. Yes it's a wait. But they about good business
