UNRELIABLE AND DECEPTIVE business!!! Paid $90 for diagnostic/estimate report. They accepted my $ and refused to provide a written report upon request. Further, refused to refund my $. – brought in a 46" tv in 10/2008 for repair. Paid $90 for a diagnostic report. A week later i was told it would cost approx $300 to fix, and subsequently agreed to pay. Called later that day and told it would be $300 more than quoted.
