Recommend Very satisfied with the service and work that was performed. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and willing to stop and talk about what needs to be done and why. He treated my TV and the cabinet it was in as if they were his own.

Do not go to advanced electronics!! I was sent to this place by samsung for a my tv which is under warranty. When dropping my tv off I was told he would be in at 10 am. Got to the store and the man wasnt there, and was at lunch so I had to come back at 11. No big deal I thought. He didnt show up till 20 after 11 and this was after I called him. Terrible service. Was told that they would have the part fixed and installed by 11am and after waiting 4 hours I finally called. The guy sounded as if he just woke up & said he was running behind. I voiced my frustration and said he has wasted my day. He didn't seem to care. Also, I was charged $75 for a three minute service call and over $300 to fix a small piece inside the TV. Not sure what the previous review is all about, we have been doing business with these guys for years and how they charge for service calls has never really changed. They charge for the initial service call, and if they can't fix the set for the service call fee then they give you an estimate. The estimate is yours to take or leave. As to Mike's, keep in mind that he is out in Leroy in a shop that looks like an old barn, and he requires that you bring your set all of the way out to his shop. Do NOT use Advanced Electronics to repair or diagnose your tv! They are dishonest and overpriced! We had white dots appear on our screen and Samsung said that they would pay for parts, we would only be responsible for labor. They connected us to Advanced Electronics, who called us and scheduled to send a tech to diagnose the issue. We asked how much it would cost, & they said they wouldn't have a price unit after someone looked at it. They overcharge on servuce calls and their prices are too high. I do not recommend this company. They are bad....

Friendly, Quick Service – Our 60" LG Plasma started having issues, and AEI is LG's approved warranty service provider in our area. We live about 40 miles from AEI, but Kim scheduled Aaron, the service representative, to come out to our home. Aaron called when he was 20 minutes from our house, and he was polite and professional while at our home. Aaron replaced a couple of components in the tv at LG's recommendation (of course the tv was not acting up while Aaron was here....). When the parts that were replaced did not correc... read more
