I have been working with this company through a warranty group. This company is the most dishonest company i have ever dealt with. They never answer their phones, tell you they have parts...then say they dont. I have waited 4 months to either get authorization (when they had authorization), to get a part (they had the part), now its just a matter of the part being installed. What a joke!!

Beyond pathetic service. Suppose to have my TV fixed through them in October and it still hasnt been fixed. I bought my TV from phillips and the authorized repair service is Advance Electronics, go to show you have bad Phillips has gotten as well. Phillips shipped them my replacement Tv in January and they wont bring it to me in Peoria because they "dont have the man power" more like they are to lazy to due thier job. And on top of that I would go get my TV but its not like they ever answer thier phone.
\$75 to tell me they want \$1000 to fix a \$900 TV... Nice racket.
December 10th was the date the technician came to the home to analyze the tv. Was told a part needed to be ordered and it would arrive in three days. EIGHT phone calls and 49 days later, we find out that the part was ordered on time, arrived on time, and this place never knew it. They kept telling us the part was on order and we were waiting for Sony, yet it was already delivered to them. I think it is a great locally owned company. You get personalized service (yeah it may take the a few to get parts in and get your stuff fixed.) But I feel great knowing that my fellow neighbor is running the business and helping promote business growth in downtown Normal. It is nice to see that the corporate hog hasnt taken over everything, that there is still room in this world for the average joe to make his way in the world.Oh, its nice that they have a customer service manager that knows what she is talking about and go... read more
Their phones do not work so they must not want our business.
Obviously customer service was not a priority when they formed this dump of a company.Definition of Vague = Advanced Electronic Dont expect any type of solid answer when you do reach them because they dont have any answers.oh...and dont expect a call from Advanced Electronics because they dont know how to dial a phone.
