AEI is an LG certified warranty service provider. They were quick to make an appointment to visit my home to work on my set, and Aaron called when he was 20 minutes from the house. Aaron came with parts that LG said were the likely culprits, but these did not fix the set the first time. Aaron and Kim scheduled another visit very quickly, and Aaron did his research and came with the parts to fix the set. Courteous, fast, and honest. Great people to deal with!

How this place has been in business for 38 years Ill never know! I paid them almost \$120 to tell me how much it would be to repair my tv. which was \$540. Well, anyone can figure out youre not going to spend that much to fix it. So, I asked what the part was that was needed and the part # and they would NOT give me that information - said it was not their policy. I asked who the manager/owner/boss was and they would give me a first name but NOT a last name - said it wasnt their policy. Dont ever do business with these peopl... read more

Yikes! Wish I had seen this web site before I took my tv for repairs. LG sent me to this company so I trusted their choice. Big mistake. Just like the other reviews; company never answers the phone, never returns calls, absolutely no customer service. Infact the lady on the phone out and out lied to me about when the parts had been ordered. I called to find out what the problem was with the tv, she told me and then asked if I wanted them to fix the tv, I said yes order the parts lets get it done. Beyond pathetic service. Suppose to have my TV fixed through them in October and it still hasnt been fixed. I bought my TV from phillips and the authorized repair service is Advance Electronics, go to show you have bad Phillips has gotten as well. Phillips shipped them my replacement Tv in January and they wont bring it to me in Peoria because they "dont have the man power" more like they are to lazy to due thier job. And on top of that I would go get my TV but its not like they ever answer thier phone.
