I would have given no star / minus star if I could.Dr. Safadi performed a root canal treatment on my tooth, I experience discomfort and pain in my tooth right after treatment, called his office to notify that i still feel pain in the same tooth. the advise was to use Sensodyne as tooth paste, which i did and still have discomfort instead of pain.I do experience pain when I stop using Sensodyne, called and scheduled an appointment to fix the pain and discomfort.today I got a call from the office (Abby) that Dr. Safadi can see... read more
Worst front end office I have interacted with. I would give zero stars if I could. Spoke with same person a minimum of 7 times to get information, insurance estimate confirmation, results of tests, etc. Each time, I took her name to ensure she knew I was expecting a return call. Not once did she ever call me back. She requested a 2nd referral from my dentist and an additional copy of my films, and when my dentist confirmed they were sent, she denied they were received. Dr Safiri rushed me through an evaluation and claimed my tooth had a crack and was unfixable. 3 other doctors reviewed my Cray and disagreed. The tooth was capable. I believe he cherry picks his patients. Not a good experience and I had to be treated by another endodontist

Dr. Sam is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very informative, kind, and more than prepared to put you at ease. His welcoming nature and presence make would could be an awkward or scary appointment very relaxed and comfortable. Overall, I would definitely recommend Dr. Sam to anyone looking for an understanding doctor. My dentist Dr. Wolf has been a student of his at UNC before she became a dentist and she said that she had her root canal done here!
