Had my first appointment with the team today. Was a great experience. Very kind and helpful front desk team. Appointment ran right on time - no extended time in waiting room, or waiting in the exam room for Dr. Thakkar. Had a thorough and efficient exam by Dr. Thakkar. Explained the issue and solution very clearly. In todays age where Doctor Appts can run hour(s) late, it was absolutely refreshing to visit an office where they run efficiently and are very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Thakkar performed a septoplasty, turbinate reduction and sinus surgery on me about three weeks ago. My experience with Dr Thakkar before, during and after the surgery has been excellent. Dr Thakkar was very thorough in providing me information before the surgery that helped me understand what the surgery would consist of and what recovery would be like.
