The technician was courteous and professional. He listened to my concerns about the problems I was experiencing. The repair was simple and he completed some maintenance items to help balance out the cost of the call with the amount of work done. I recommend Proirity Garage Door to anyone.
Rico showed up in the expected time window. He performed an overall condition report of the garage door and its mechanicals. Rico then provided cost on the required repairs, repairs that should be made, and possible repairs for the future. Once we agreed on repairs, he went right to work and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time that included a couple of hurdles. We will certainly use them again should the need arise.
