I am a local contractor and I visited this store over 3 weeks ago. I made a pretty large order request and a very large request for an estimate on the other doors needed. I was greeted by Chip Culp and discussed my order. I was told that he would get back to me via email the following morning. After one week of not contact, I reached out to him via email and he responded with sorry I will get back to you tomorrow. Now three weeks later and still no response.
