I brought my 08 dodge 6.7 to them on a tow truck , wouldn't start , wouldn't move and no safety. They kept me up to date on exactly what was going on with my truck. When they got to a problem they couldn't solve, they drove the truck to the dealer for me. Pretty happy with that level of service.
Since we've been using their services I honestly can't say anything bad about them. Minus a once off incident they've been super amazing to deal with. Very personable, the staff are great. The technicians have been able to solve problems faster and the first time compared to other shops who just seem to come up with a bunch of excuses and keep saying everything is fine when it's not. Advance diesel has proven time and time again that they can perform and address problems quickly and correctly vs several other shops combined.
