Best kept secret in Houston! East Houston Hospital is by far the best experience or second best which is owned by the same group. The Doctors and other specialists are all well established practitioners who have been around Houston for a long time.. The nurses are kind and responsive and the facility is very accommodating. She made me feel comfortable and at ease during my visit, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring I felt cared for throughout the process. Her professionalism and compassion truly made a difference in my experience. I’m very grateful for her excellent care and support.
My experience started out a lil rocky but two nurses and the doctor turned that all around. I hope I have her name right nurse Sidney was one of the nurses who cared for my mom who has dementia. They was having the hardest time getting her blood work done because she was not letting them. Well she comforted my mom until they was able to get it done. Once I walked back in the room my mom held on to her like a little baby. She stood there with her for at least 30min still comforting her. This had me in tears that she was so pa... read more
